How it works?

Step 1

If the machine is already equipped with industry 4.0 standards that allow it to both transmit and receive data efficiently, we will utilize those existing capabilities to extract valuable insights from the machine's performance and operations. However, if it is not currently set up in this way, we will collaborate closely to ensure that your machine is fully prepared and upgraded to meet the standards of industry 4.0.

Step 2

Once the machine is successfully installed at the customer site and connected to the internet, thanks to the thorough preparation carried out in Step 1, we will ensure that the machine is configured to send data automatically to our secure Server. This process will allow us to efficiently collect the data, which in turn will provide us with valuable insights into its performance and usage patterns.

Thanks to all the continuous and valuable data coming in from all the various machines installed independently from their specific positions on the globe, we will be able to gather all the crucial information we need to fully realize and obtain all the benefits that have been detailed above.
